A great session of Rugby at EFSC this week

Last week's session was based around Football. This constituted of skills practice including pairs passing, dribbling through cones, passing through cones to a partner, dribbling and shooting. After the main break they played a series of small sided games. Swaran and Zakaa were awarded the Star of the Week awards - well done lads!

This week the sport was rugby and after a warm up the skill practice involved p​assing in pairs, moving the ball over and under, moving around cones.

We then played some games of Rob the Nest with the group splitting up in to four small teams.​

After the main break we moved outside for a game, using all the skills practiced earlier and really on focusing on passing between team mates.​

We finished off the session back in the hall for a few quick games of Boccia

Our Stars of the Week were Kerrie and Hal so very well done to both of you.
