Fees
There is a small termly fee per member. It is currently £60 per term, or £7.50 a session if you prefer to pay weekly. Some terms are more than 10 weeks in length so it does work out cheaper to pay by the term. Either way, with the sessions being 3 hours in length this means we charge less per hour than most if not all clubs and it is great value! These fees have recently been raised by a small amount as we try to move the club to be more self-sustaining and less reliant on outside grants. We do review the fees periodically and they are liable to change. We will give good notice if we are going to make a change.
Our Sponsors
The club relies on grants to carry on. We have received grants from the Essex Community Fund and Loughton Town Council and are actively pursuing others. Bancroft's Prep School have been very generous with donations on a couple of occasions over the last few years as a result of their Charity Days. The club also receives great support from the Oak View School as we use their premises free of charge and that has been this way since we started back in 2005. Oak View School also support the committee in many other ways such as providing guidance and advice.
