Coach Candee came up with some new and exciting games this week such as Steal the Bacon, Bag the Bean Bag and Mushroom Tag, amongst others. All the kids enjoyed themselves and took part really well. A lot of the games played involved team work and after a short break the session was rounded off with some hockey with some good competition between the teams. The star this week was James, or Big James as he is known for reasons that may be obvious by the photos! Well done James.
We had a cricket and rounders themed day today and it was great to see everyone again after the Easter break. We played a number of cricket skill games followed by 'three tee cricket' and finally 'football rounders'. Oliver was our star of the week but unfortunately our photographer Zoe had to leave early so we do not have a photo - sorry Ollie! Next week we are due to play a variety of new games that Candee has dreamed up (found on the internet) so please come along to find out how much fun they are. Lastly, a reminder to parents and carers to let us know about whether their child can make the adventure day in May and the weekend away in August. Please return your forms ASAP or email us so that we can confirm numbers for each. Thanks
