We were very pleased to see four new boys at the Sportability Club this week, Tobias and Abraham attend Beal School in Ilford, Terrence who attends St Johns RC School in Woodford Green and also Robinson who comes to Oak View School. It was great to see them all joining in and having fun and we hope to see them all back this week. Welcome! Our session last Saturday started with a warm up including a game of Rob the Nest to get everyone running around. Our first main game was Goal Ball which we have not played for quite a while. They started with a practice passing the ball to each other before splitting the hall in to two 'pitches' to play some games. After a short break our last sport was Bench Ball which involves a lot of throwing, catching, running and team work. Ball control and team work being the themes for this week. Our star of the week was Abraham who really got stuck in on his very first day at the club. Well done Abraham
