On Saturday, we played a game of Three Tee Cricket at EFSC. This involved each child in turn trying to hit a tennis ball with a cricket bat off little tees. The aim was for the ball to hit the end wall for four runs per ball. The rest of the children stood behind a line and then blocked the ball from getting to the wall. Once all three balls had been hit, the batter then tried to run between wickets for extra runs until the fielders put all the tees and balls back in place. The batter's total was then added up from the "fours" and the runs.
Complicated! But good fun, as you can see from the photos...
