Two more join in the Fun at Epping Forest Sportability Club

We welcomed two more new members this week - a very warm welcome to Daniel and Louis. The session kicked off with some football and particularly practising some ball control skills with various drills.

After the break we turned to a game of Boccia, a paralympic game similar to bowls, but as you can see we played a target version with the group split in to two teams playing from either end of the hall. After that was a game of benchball which was suitably frenetic. At the end of the session the coaches decided that Nicholas was the Star of the Week so well done Nick!
