Despite the sun being out it was bitterly cold on Saturday but that didn't stop us from getting outside for a run around and play some football, albeit with big winter coats on! We had quite a good turn out which was nice to see and we manage to cram in quite a few activities. After running around the playground a few times and doing some star jumps to warm up it was on to football. Coach Alan led the session showing what was required. A number of ball control skills were practiced before we moved on to a game. One the game of football was finished it was time for a quick refreshment break which meant heading back inside to the warmth of the school. We then stayed insiide playing some Target Boccia before moving on to some Three Tee cricket. The series of photos with Pranav in below help demonstrate exactly what the batter has to do. We rounded off the session with a quick game of basketball. At the end of the session the coaches decided that Jessica was Star of the Week so very well done to her. See you all next Saturday for some more fun! Comments are closed.
